Homedash sidecar

Homedash sidecar is the sidecar application that reports running containers to the Homedash server.

This release add support for a new environment variable named HOMEDASH_SIDECAR_UUID. It can be used to make the UUID of the sidecar persistent.

The sidecar will still work fine without it, it will simple (re)generate a new UUID upon restart.
